Answers for retailers and brands, installers, and anyone getting an installation. If your question isn't here, ask us and someone on the team will reply.
For retailers and brands
Done Platform: you run installations on the platform with your own installers, with access to Done's network. Installation Services: Done recruits and manages the installers and handles customer communication as your single installation partner. Full Service: everything in Installation Services, plus Done delivers the material, invoices your customer, and handles warranty claims as merchant of record. All three run on the same platform, so you can switch offers if your needs change.
Done Platform is a platform subscription plus a fee per installation. With Installation Services and Full Service, Done also does the installation work, so the price is set from your volumes, product mix, and regions. Alek can put together a proposal.
Your articles, price lists, and report templates, set up in Backoffice. Then you can start running orders through it. Connecting your shop or CRM through the API can come later, once the flow works.
Yes. With the Partner API you create orders, sync status both ways, and receive webhooks at each step of the job. Done also works with tools such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Fortnox, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
Network installers work for independent, certified installation companies, not for Done. They pass Done's 9-step vetting before their first job, and the customer rates every installation. You can also run your own installers and subcontractors on the platform.
Every installer is vetted before the first job. Every installation ends with a structured report with photos and a rating from the customer. Across more than 20,000 installations, the average rating is 4.8 out of 5.
Done works across Europe, and the Done Platform software works in any country. Installation Services and Full Service run on Done's installer network, so talk to us about your markets. In Sweden, Done also files the grid pre-notification automatically and handles the green-tech tax deduction.
For installers
Apply with the form on our For installers page (it is in Swedish for now) and tell us about your company, your certifications, and where you work. We check that your company is authorized or certified and insured, take you through the 9-step vetting, and set you up in the installer app. Then job offers start coming in.
Through self-billing. When your installation report is approved, the payment documentation is created for you, including any approved extra work. You never write or chase an invoice.
Yes. Every offer shows where the job is and what it pays, and you accept the ones that fit your route and your week.
Nothing. There is no membership fee, and you never pay for leads.
If you're getting an installation
Right after your order you get access to the customer app. There you send a few photos for a pre-check, follow your installation step by step, and chat with your installer to agree on a time.
Message your installer in the app chat, or call through the app. Once you agree on a new time, the schedule updates for everyone involved.
Nothing extra can be invoiced without your approval. If more work is needed, the installer sends a quote in the app and you approve or decline it there. Only what you approve ends up on your invoice.
A certified installer from a company that has passed Done's 9-step vetting. When the job is done, you rate it.
