For energy companies
Energy contracts sell the hardware. Installation decides the experience.
Energy companies sell chargers, batteries and heat pumps alongside their contracts. Done installs them and services the charging infrastructure you operate, with documentation on every job. Done already services around 6,500 charge points for E.ON Drive.
Installations
Sold with the contract, installed by Done
When a customer signs a contract with a charger or battery attached, the installation is what they'll remember. Done takes the order from your sales flow, matches a vetted installer, and runs scheduling, customer communication and documentation through to completion.
- Orders arrive via the Partner API or are entered in Backoffice
- Fixed prices, plus price lists for extra work the customer approves in the app
- VAT handled on the invoice, plus the green-tech deduction in Sweden
- 80% of customers reach an available installer the same day

Service and maintenance
Service for the charge points you operate
If you also operate charging infrastructure, Done runs its service and maintenance in the same system as your installations, with a report from every visit.
- Preventive maintenance and fault cases in one system
- Route-planned annual inspections
- Documentation per charge point, ready for audit
- Charge points from different manufacturers in one flow

SLAs you can put in a framework agreement
A framework agreement depends on terms being met and on proof that they were. Done records both on every case.
- SLA follow-up with live status by region and partner
- Audit trail on every case: who did what and when, with photos
- Electrical safety documentation (in Sweden, per Swedish regulations)
- Deviations handled through quotes approved before work starts
- A customer rating after every installation
- Subcontractor self-billing handled correctly, including reverse VAT in Sweden
