EV chargers
Every charger you sell is an installation you have to deliver
For retailers, OEMs, car dealers and energy companies, Done takes each home charger from checkout to a commissioned, documented installation. The fuse box is checked from photos, and in Sweden the grid operator's pre-notification (föranmälan) is part of the standard flow.

Sold at checkout
From order confirmation to commissioned charger
The installation is sold where the charger is sold: at checkout, when the customer buys the car or the charger. The order lands in Done the moment it is placed, the customer is notified right away, and nobody has to forward an email to get the installation moving.
- Orders arrive through the Partner API or are entered in Done Backoffice, and an external reference ID keeps duplicates out
- Tesla customers in Sweden add a Wall Connector with installation when they buy the car, at a fixed price with the green technology deduction already applied
- Status syncs both ways, so your systems and the customer always know where the job stands

AI pre-checks
The fuse box is photographed before anyone drives out
The customer photographs the fuse box and the meter in the app. Done's AI identifies the meter, reads the fuse box and flags missing capacity or likely extra work before the job is dispatched. The installer arrives prepared, with the right material in the van.
- Guided photo steps, so the customer sends usable pictures the first time
- Extra work such as a fuse upgrade or a longer cable run is quoted and approved before installation day
- Fewer wasted trips and fewer second visits

Grid compliance in Sweden
Föranmälan handled across 150+ grid operators
Since January 2026, Sweden's standard consumer terms for grid connections (ELNÄT 2025 K) say a fixed-wired charger may not be installed until the grid operator has approved a föranmälan, a pre-notification. Each operator applies the rule its own way: some always require it, some only above a certain power, some use a portal, others a paper form. Done reads the grid operator from the customer's electricity bill, knows that operator's process and handles the notification as part of the job.
Done also built the open industry registry of these rules, free for anyone to use: natagare.se

From load balancing to the tax deduction
The details that decide whether a charger job is finished on the first visit and invoiced without questions.
Load balancing set up on site
The installer configures load balancing against the home's main fuse, so the charger draws what is available instead of tripping the fuse. The settings go into the installation report.
Green technology deduction on the invoice
In Sweden, the deduction is applied directly on the customer invoice and checked against Skatteverket with BankID. The customer pays the net price and nobody handles the claim by hand.
Registered to the right account
The charger is registered to the correct account during commissioning. Product info, credentials and serial numbers are in the installer app.
Documented commissioning
Every job ends in a structured report with photos. A PDF is generated automatically and a webhook tells your systems it is ready.
Same-day contact
80% of customers reach an available installer the same day, and 50% within two hours.

“When we launched E2Charge, it was important for us to ensure a fully functional end-to-end solution for the customer, not just the product. Installation is a critical part of the experience. With Done, we get the structure and follow-up required for quality and scalability.”
