Put a number on your installation admin
Set four numbers from your own operation to see what coordination admin and billing disputes cost you per year, today and with Done. Every assumption is shown with the result.
Your operation today
Rough numbers are fine. You're after the order of magnitude.
Completed installations your team coordinates.
Booking calls, chasing status, matching invoices.
Salary, payroll taxes, and overhead.
Surprise extra costs, credit notes, corrected invoices.

Contact salesAssumptions behind the numbers
- 1.With Done, admin time drops to 12 minutes per installation.
- 2.Billing disputes drop to 1% of installations, or stay at your rate if it is already lower.
- 3.Each dispute or rework case takes 90 minutes of staff time, today and with Done.
- 4.Everything else comes from your inputs: same volumes, same hourly cost.
How the estimate works
The model is deliberately simple. Monthly hours = installations × admin minutes ÷ 60, plus installations × dispute share × 90 minutes ÷ 60 for handling disputes. Monthly cost = those hours × your hourly cost. Annual cost = monthly cost × 12. The "With Done" column runs the same formula with admin time set to 12 minutes and disputes to 1% (or your rate, if lower).
The 12 minutes reflect what Done automates. Orders arrive through the API or Backoffice, matching offers each job to installers automatically, installer and customer agree on a time in the app, and invoices and installer self-billing are generated from approved job data. What remains is exceptions, quality checks, and the jobs that need a person, and the model allows 12 minutes for that.
The 1% reflects how Done handles extra work, the usual cause of billing disputes. The installer quotes it from your price list, the customer approves it in the app before the work starts, and only approved costs can be invoiced. It stays above zero because no process prevents every disagreement.
What the model leaves out: software and service fees, today or with Done; revenue from a higher attach or completion rate; faster invoicing; and what your team does with the hours it gets back. It estimates the cost of admin, nothing more.
Your actual result depends on job mix, geography, season, and the tools you use today.
