Customer story
Wattif turns site expansions into a digital order flow
Wattif, one of the Nordics' leading charge point operators with more than 45,000 charge points across Europe, launched an ordering portal for its existing Swedish customers. Every order runs through Done, from a site assessment over video to a commissioned charge point.

At a glance
Company
Nordic charge point operator founded in Norway in 2021, with more than 45,000 charge points across Europe
Done's role
Installs the charge points that existing Swedish customers order in Wattif's portal
Setup
Site assessment by video call in Done's app before scheduling, and a supplementary quote for anything outside standard scope
Scale
Expansions at existing customer sites across Sweden, for property owners, businesses and the public sector
The challenge
Wattif provides charging for property owners, businesses and the public sector. As the electrification of transport accelerates, many of those customers need more charge points at sites they already have.
Each expansion is a small project. Someone has to check the technical conditions on site, agree the scope and send an installer to install and commission the new charge points. Handled manually, that means physical pre-visits, unclear scope and long lead times.
To strengthen its Swedish offering, Wattif launched an ordering portal reserved for existing customers. They order additional charge points, installation included, within the framework of their current site. Done runs the installations behind the portal.
The solution
From order to commissioned charge point in one digital flow
When a customer orders in Wattif's portal, the installation is handled in Done's platform:
- A site assessment by video call in Done's app confirms the right technical solution before anything is scheduled
- The assessment also confirms that the conditions for a standard installation are met, which reduces the need for physical pre-visits
- Anything outside the standard scope gets a supplementary quote before work starts
- Each completed installation is reported back to Wattif, so the operator sees the whole delivery

“In order to scale charging infrastructure efficiently, the installation layer must be structured and predictable. Together with Wattif, we have built a delivery model where digital project scoping, quality assurance and nationwide execution are fully aligned.”
